Communications & Content AI Usage Fees

Lumi Funnels uses the industry-leading provider, Twilio, to ensure your Voice and SMS services' highest functionality, connectivity, and deliverability. This service is fully integrated within our platform for your use. This service bills on usage, for which we will re-bill you.

We use a dedicated mail service domain through Mailgun with our white glove setup service. This domain has been "warmed up" and ensures the highest deliverability of email. Usage charges do apply as well for use of the Mailgun integration, however, you may set up your own SMTP service and utilize. You would be responsible for setting up your own SMTP service, and any charges that may be associated with that from that provider if you choose not to use our integration.
